All our barbecue menus would be accompanied with a selection of five salads, bread buns and various sauces. Please see the Hog Roast menu for examples of our various salad choices or contact us for a full list of suggested salads.
Staff Service
We do recommend staff to attend your barbecue as it takes all the stress away for you and your guests. We can provide a chef service to man the barbecue and waitresses to attend to serving salads and drinks as well as clearing away debris.
If you do not require staff – the barbecue food would be delivered on individual trays, pre-portioned ready for you to cook. Salads would be ready displayed and garnished in portions of 20 per bowl. Our delivery driver would set everything out for you ready to serve at your convenience.
We all know how unpredictable our great British weather can be! Bearing this in mind, we can arrange awning and marquee hire. If you decide upon our full staff service we would provide a gazebo to keep your buffet covered.
All prices are fully inclusive of equipment hire (crockery, cutlery, napkins, etc), delivery and collection.
Barbecues and fuel are not included in the cost. If you do not have your own barbecue, we can hire them on your behalf.
